    Nice vid!

Wouldn't you know the LaRue mount for my Bipod was waiting at home for me. That said the GripPod did ok for me. I had some issues with my 20 year old mags during the class. I should have asked Josh to use some of those P-Mags I hear so much about, but forgot to ask. New springs are on the way and I already have the MagPul followers.

Within my SDM/DMR concept I spec'ed a Velocity Reticale for my rifle, with covered MOA turrets, and no zero stop. This of course lead to me being "that guy" as I had to work out some issues with using a differant ammo then spec'ed because of a shipping issue. Within it's limits I realy like this design and the size/weight of the 2.5x10x32 Compact, but it's not the optimum optic for this type class. I had it backed up with a set of M-24 bino's and just could not do some of the stages like MIL'ing a target to estimate range. or using MIL's for corretions.

    How Velocity reticles work

Looks like an awesome course. Hopefully the dates (and assorted paperwork and aproval) work for the next one and I can make it...

I'll be bringing my SR-25 if things work out.

Kev, what bipod/mount do you recommend? I was thinking the Atlas bipod and LaRue mount.

    And yes, BulletFlight DOES rock.

I am busy designing the Ultimate BiPod right now...

I ran the Tango Down one at the class - but it clearly is not good for a dynamic precision rifle -- at least without a QD mount.

Right now I think Harris with a Larue QD is hard to beat.

I have heard good thinks about Atlas, but I have yet to get some hands on with one.
