Thanks for the comments guys! Here are the specs:

    - Remsport forged frame and slide with angled rear cocking serrations
    - Berryhill Ultimate Commander ring hammer, sear and disconnector
    - Berryhill solid match trigger with permanent overtravel stop
    - 10-8 rear sight with .140 U-notch
    - Dovetail front sight with gold bead
    - Stainless steel match barrel
    - EGW thick flange barrel bushing fit finger tight to the slide
    - EGW recoil spring plug and Berryhill standard spring guide
    - Muzzle cut flush with bushing and crowned
    - Ultimate forged slide stop
    - Tuned for reliability with a bar stock extractor and oversized firing pin stop
    - Ed Brown wide thumb safety that was shortened and reshaped
    - CMC beavertail grip safety
    - Front strap checkered 25 LPI with a high grip cut under trigger guard
    - Flat steel mainspring housing checkered 25 LPI
    - Lowered and flared ejection port
    - Bar stock ejector and plunger tube
    - Wolf 16 lb recoil spring and heavy duty firing pin spring
    - Black micarta and coco bolo checkered grips
    - Chamfer & round all external edges while maintaining the original lines
    - Matte blue with the sides of the slide polished

It's hard to tell in the photos but I put a heavier chamfer on the front and rear of the slide than I do on my other pistols.

The trigger was reshaped with a large radius. It gives you a larger "sweet spot" for your finger without feeling like a flat trigger.

    Thanks for the breakdown.

What is the purpose of the flush muzzle crown?

    Thanks

Part of it is to protect the muzzle from getting dings, part of it is cosmetic.

    Smile

that is sexy as all hell, I am a little surprised by the lack of a magwell on a modern combat handgun.

I find a good bevel sufficient, it doesn't bend either.

that could very well be my idea of the perfect 1911. personally I like light rails on my pistols but to be honest the do detract very much from the classic good looks of the 1911.
    I don't collect guns, I accumulate them
