I did a quick google search but didn't come up with anything. Why do you have what appears to be masking tape all over your sights?

Drills involving index.

You tape up your sights and it builds confidence in your ability to hit simply by relying on your repeatable press out.

It is NOT point shooting.

Taped sight drill, helped students focus more in trigger control. Generally when the sights were taped student's group sizes got smaller (they were focusing more). The drill was pushed back to ~25 yards.
For the record - that's Costa's gun not mine, just cropped an older picture I had from that particular class.
