OK, please excuse the form-not-function qualities of this question. I have an 11.5" lightweight barrel on the way from DD and plan to pair it with a MI t-series rail. Based ont he carbine gas system, do you recommend the 9" midlength or 10" extended rail? Does anyone have an image of a 9" rail with an 11.5" barrel? I've seen several 10" rails over 11.5" barrels, but I don't know if I've seen a 9".
I'm leaning toward the 9" for asthetic and weight-saving reasons.
