No worries there when it comes to Glocks. As long as they are CNC machined with the right tolerances + correct materials there shouldn't be any issues. Glocks are arguably the Kalashnikovs of handguns. Below are samples of American-influenced Glocks (to include parts) and to my mind I find no reason to believe these are inferior to the Austrian versions:
