    Which sight is best recommended?

Just bought a sig 516 and am wondering which sight would be better suited for it? keep in mind im setting it up for cqb/room entrance. no magnification needed. "Eotech or Trijicon reflex?" Also, I will be installing the Troy battle set DOA tritium (folding), that im hoping will be compatable with one or both. thnx again for your input.

While both mentioned brands are great, an Aimpoint would be my choice for such purposes. And I believe you are referring to an "optic".

Sure. I just prefer the sight acquisition, configuration and battery life of the Aimpoint to Eotech myself. Trijicon would be my primary choice for a mid to long range optic.

Does this mean that you wouldn't go Aimpoint?

Trigger, I believe the noble founder of the forum is suggesting that you do a bit of searching on such topics first. It's all here someplace, just have to look for it.

"Optic" of course. No, I would consider Aimpoint if it would serve me best. It just seems that Eotech and Trijicon are the more popular for LE and Military personell. That would suggest to me that their product is better. I dont know, thats why I'm here asking for advice.
