Call them and ask for an examiner (304-616-4500).

Square one again. You can remove a receiver from the registry but you don't get your $200 back.

My friend had a Bushmaster SBR and it had problems. Bushmaster scrapped that one and they made him another with same serial number. Thats pretty darn good customer service.
