Replacement parts for NFA or department issued weapons. Unless you have the 3 pin setup does you no good.

Don't assume. What's up with companies selling SBR uppers without any documentation? Pretty simple. They are legal to sell and the purchaser has to be smart enough to know whether or not they should be in possession of said items and whether or not they should install or use them.
