If I'm selling a rifle from my home in NY, do I need to ship it from an FFL dealer? I know I need to ship it to one in the destination state, but am unsure about NY law (I just moved here). If anybody knows off the top of their head please let me know. Thanks!

You can ship directly to the FFL . Handguns in NY must go from FFL to FFL.
