Its a 6 inch muzzle brake from Ares Armor. I just became aware recently when I noticed on a forum a group of people talking about the brake as a way to have a sbr with a long well brake.

If you think about who made it, you'll realize it's actual purpose. Think 80% lowers, thorn in side of law enforcement.

Latest build is finally like I want it. Rainier Arms Mod 3 set, 11" SLR Sololight rail, KAK Shockwave kit, 12.5" 277 Wolverine Sub twist barrel, Arisaka Scout clone light, mount and Fingerstop, Silencerco Osprey 45. Cerakote is Mcmillian grey and was done by a buddy local to me. This pistol is made primarily for running subs of 150gr or higher.

Couple questions, if you don't mind....
Why the 45 osprey? Your only can?
Also, what is specific on your setup for 150gr subs? Just the barrel twist? What buffer & spring?

No worries. I have a 762-SD as well that I could run but since the only thing I use this gun for is subs I run the osprey on here and the 762-SD in my other rifles.

Nothing specific really. Carbine buffer and spring with a cheap adjustable gas block o had lying around lol. Cycles well and no issues thus far.

No, couple clicks actually and all was good.

Awesome. I'm really excited by what I'm reading about 277. It's looking like a phenomenal round that could really give blackout some competition.

Love my 12.5" kino (pistol) in 556/223.... Fantasizing about a 12.5" mini-recce (pistol?) in 277 :-)
