AR pistol picture thread

Upper arrived today.

9" BCM 300 BLK upper
KAC lower with BCM LPK
DD BCG/ Raptor CH
Phase 5 pistol receiver extension

I had some extra gear laying around so I threw it on:

Vortex SPARK AR
BCM KAG
BCM Rail panels
Magpul front BUIS, will be replaced with PRO front and rear.

I'm going to shoot it some and then decide if I need/want an arm brace.

Recent threads and articles from this year on TFB and others all still say that a VFG is fine with 26" OAL. Is there a link for the current statements that you're mentioning?

I keep making changes to my AR pistol(s). I have one lower but two uppers now, a BCM 11.5 in 5.56 and a PSA 8.5 in .300. Lower is an Anderson and equipped with Shockwave blade/brace and the 3rd Gen LawTac folder. Outlined it in this article:

There have been more than a few discussions about pistol braces lately.
Some still believe that the ATF is against shouldering, there is a new statement about their latest thoughts on this.

I think I miss understood you. I thought you were referring to the VFG, not the brace shouldering. Other had spoken against it and it appeared you were echoing that sentiment.
