I sanded the top of my kak blade flat with a taper on the front as mine was making it hard to charge as well. BCM charging handle is thicker than stock handles and was hitting the lip of the blade. There is plenty of meat on the top of the blade so sand away. No rub with the charging handle and all is good.

Thank you. It's actually a really straight forward build.
It is a Glock mag with a Vickers's floor plate.



Starting at the back

Shockwave blade
Phase 5 buffer tube/receiver extension
Springco green spring
Vltor A5 H4 with one tungsten removed and replaced with steal
Magul asap
Magul Moe k2
DD lower parts kit
JP reduced power springs (pistol primers are softer and I don't like pierced primers)
QC10 Glock small frame lower
Vltor upper
DD 1.5 rear sight
ADCO bolt
Magul RSA sling loop
QC10 3.25 9mm barrel
Standard Colt barrel nut/Delta ring pack
F marked front sight drilled and taper pinned
Grey PVC handguard (it works lol)
Sure fire G2
A1 flash hider drilled for 9mm and turned down to fit in front sight tower.

Just need to cut the barrel to 10.5 and add a grip stop, then it'll be my dedicated bump in the night gun. Will def be adding a pdw brace when it's released
