Looking to get one or the other. Was wondering what one you would want and why?

Both good cans.

The Spectre will have much less first round pop, the Sparrow breaks down to only a couple pieces to clean.

Both are durable and multi-caliber rated.

Can't comment on the sparrow but I love my Spectre. Fantastic on my Buckmark and stupid quiet on my Savage MKII.

I like the fact that it's stainless, makes me think my investment will last. Both cans have good reps though - I'm sure either would be a great choice for you.
