    FFL holders can ship guns and receivers through USPS. No one else can except law enforcement and military. Parts are OK, but some ass-hat at Loveland, Ohio's USPS wouldn't let me ship parts. Gave a bullshit excuse, of course. (One more reason to not let the government run our health care or our schools, abuse of power).

    Non-FFL to FFL pistol out of state

    Okay, so as not to start a new thread, and just so I'm clear, if I (as a non-FFL)have a pistol and want to mail it to another state (AZ to NH), I can mail it myself by going to a UPS customer center. (I have a copy of the receiving persons FFL to show)
