FTF in NC only: Gary Fisher mtn bike

I know there are many forum members from NC, and some who want to get into mountain biking, so this one is just for you: After some serious debate and hand-wringing, I am selling or trading my beloved Gary Fisher X-Caliber mountain bike. It is a first year X-Caliber, 1996, cromoly frame, original components (Shimano XT/LX and Grip Shift shifters), the old cantilever brakes, Manitou Mach 5 fork, Panaracer tires. It is in great shape, I clean it after every ride or two and lube it consistently. I will throw in a few mountain biking books, Nike Poohbah shoes with clips (size 10.5), and have a barely used Bell helmet I will throw in (I got it to use as a spare). I have ridden the bike maybe 10 times in 10 years. Pics upon request. $550 selling price or $600 trade value FTF in Durham (the bike sold for $1,500ish new). Would consider trading for a 9mm Browning/FN Hi Power, SIG 9mm (p225, p226, p229), Glock G17, AR15, Remington 700 in .308. Open to other gun trades; try me.
