    Zeiss Victory Varipoint

Anyone have actual experience with the Zeiss Victory Varipoint 1.1x4 or 1.5x6 scopes? If so, what's your overall opinion?

Not sure if this has much relevance to you, but I had a Zeiss Conquest. I was very disappointed with the turret marking, so I returned it. I could not get the hash marks to time correctly.

I know Varipoint is a whole different scope, but I would check it in person and see if the quality is there.

Otherwise, I think S&B is money better spent.

The Varipoint has a daylight visible (Aimpoint bright) reticule and Zeiss is referred to as quality in general on the net. I have an opportunity to purchase a demo unit at a great price and was soliciting opinions. If I was going to purchase all full price, I would get another S&B.

I haven't got a chance to play with one, I have come "this close" several times to ordering one
