Barrel length is 16". I had it chopped down from 20".

Pulled the trigger (as it were) on an MWS today. Had not really planned to do it this soon, but with all the legislative stupidity brewing decided to get one while I still could. 10 days to get my hands on it...

Congrats! 10 days isn't bad. Took 6 weeks for me to get mine, direct from LMT, and it arrived last week.

Slippers and I hit the range yesterday. Almost boringly easy to hit steel at 550 yds with 147gr hirtenberger surplus and a Steiner 1-4x military on my rifle. Yeah, not enough optic really, but it's a placeholder until I put some more substantial glass on it.

Josh,
I came to same conclusion at 600yd with the 20" 6.5 barrel on mine. Currently mine has 4-16 Steiner Military and it works out to a 1000yds. Shooting past that it might be nice to have something with more magniiacation.

Once I hit the 100 round point, I pulled the trigger out to clean and relube all the parts. In doing so I came across a disconnector that was damage and needed replacement.
