10" 5.56mm, bullet stability, baffle strikes....

What loads are most ideal to avoid a baffle strike on a 10-11.5" barrel with a 1:7 twist, ran with a Surefire 212 &/or Mini attached. I am looking to stock up on some good SD ammo, and would like to have the best load with the least probability of a baffle strike/key hole in my setup. I am really liking the looks of the BH 50gr TSX, and want to be sure this load will be GTG with such a light bullet, or if not get advice on what will be optimal.

    Thanks in advance

your issue would be with heavier bullets rather than lighter if anything.

But with your 1:7twist, you will be good with any round pretty much between 45 and 77 gr.

the 50 gr TSX will be fine.

Shoot some of any new round on paper to check for keyholing before you use it with your can.
