    Question Yankee Hill LPGB

This one by Yankee Hill is one of the cheapest lopro gas blocks available so I'm wondering if it is good quality. I know gas blocks are simple and much can't go wrong but I wanted to see if anyone had ever experienced under or over gassing or poor barrel fit with them.

The reviews I've read have all been good but most of them are putting them on lower tier rifles so their expectations may not be as high as mine. I'm not usually a fan of their products and have heard some sub par things about some of them.

The reason for the fuss is the shop I want to have the gas block pinned only offers them or the MI which I don't want for sure. He will let me ship him my own gas block to install.

Should I quit being so picky or send him a better gas block?

    edit:
I realized after I posted this that the barrel port would be the only place that would over gas.
The gas block could only under gas if it were pinched off, obstructed, or misaligned.

Edit: sorry, I read Y/M, instead of YHM. I've used a number of YHM gas blocks with no problems.

    Get a steel GB.
I'm talking about this one with the set screws. It's steel.

That is my favorite YHM product.

It works very well, is strong, does exactly what it is supposed to and is actually priced well. What's not to like?
