1/2x36 TPI Flash Suppressor?

Does anyone make a 5.5" long flash suppressor, ala XM117 with a 1/2x36 thread pitch for use on a shorty 9mm bbl?

I see that TROS makes an adapter, but $60 is a little steep if I can find one with the correct thread somewhere.
