    Hunting picture thread--weak bellies beware!

    Ok, guess we need a picture thread. Since we are posting pictures of things being shot with something, there are no restrictions on the gory ones. Obviously, since we hold respect for the animals, no stupidity involved.

    Old ones for now.

    30.06 180gr Rem Core-lokt soft point. Both were running, buck was a neck shot, doe, spine, neither took another step.

    My last one of this past season. We hunt in a shotgun only county in VA, and this one had dogs behind it, running fast enough it "traveled" another 25-30ft before stopping. One shot, clustered in the neck, of 3in fed fc 00 at about 30yrds crossing an old jeep trail.

    Va, They don't get as big as the northern/midwest ones though!
