barrel breaking in

do these new style barrel real have to be broke in.
i have purchased a new fn spr a5m with a 20 inch barrel. with all the new tech, does this barrel have to be broken in??

any help would be great

I like to polish my barrel with ground up unicorn horn powder. Seems like they never shoot as good as I can until that treatment.

Chrome lined barrel... just shoot and clean as needed.

That was meant by the reference to "as needed" as accuracy would be something to watch and log each session.

I have an honest woman blow her blessed breath down my barrel. That cuts the group size in half.

Ive been seeing these guns pop into Guns stores in the Phx area lately. I looked at these FN's, look very solid, hear they are 1/2 guns, which I'm sure they are given....

Give us a range report once you get it dirty. How heavy is that beast?

Break it in with 30 rounds the first day out and clean it and do it again!
