gen4 G19, EDC, serial number UBK###, start date 12/10/2012, now at 2290 rounds. Shooting Federal Champion 115 FMJ (p/n WM5199) had two cases hit my hat, and one fly left in a low arch. 50rds of this ammo fired previously in the ~1700 round range. Vigorous ejection with other ammo through the session. No stoppages.

gen4 G26, EDC, serial number TVM###, start date 12/21/2012, now at 884 rounds. No issues to date.

I'll add a case of this Federal Champion to the incoming and see if anything develops with it.

I have a NIB Gen4 Glock 21 test fire date 22Oct12. It has weak ejection issues as well. No malfunctions at all with 250 rds fired for break-in. Just IMHO weak ejection, 2to3 feet to my 3 to 4 O'Clock.

If you watch Hickock45 on his new youtube on the gen4 21's parts #1 & #2 and watch the ejection (not shooting the gong, pig, or soda bottles just watch the ejection) you will see him get hit in the face and head. The ejection is weak on these two vid's. Then i dug up an old Glock 21 youtube of his (gen1,2, or3 idon't know what gen it is) and you see that that 21 ejects 8 feet to the right. You can hear the spent brass hitting his reloading table on this older vid. Hickock makes no mention of the weak ejection. "life is good" It's there you have to just watch the ejection, not his shooting.

Yeah I noticed on the Hickok gen 4 21 vid part 1, first couple mags through the gun some brass is hardly getting any ejection. Maybe 5-6 inches up before dropping down and landing next to his right foot. Would love to see how it is now.

I swapped in the 3024 ejector, and the BTF stopped. But you can still see erratic extraction here:

    My ejection problem is gone.

Glock 17 gen3, prefix SGR*** and dipped extractor with ~1000 rounds down the pipe, had very weak and erratic ejection, sometimes hitting my face, sometimes dribbling out on my hands, and the brass was hitting the ejection port edge.

I replaced the factory 336 ejector for a 30274 (pretty damn hard to find in Canada). I only had one box to shoot today, but all the brass had strong, high and positive ejection to the right, and they all cleared the ejection port, no dings on the brass. Pretty significant change.

So there you go. The ejector swap worked for me.

I recently got a TFUXXX G26 Gen 4 with 6/12/12 test fire date. Does yours have the dipped or non-dipped extractor? Mine has the dipped I believe.

Here what you need- A Jager Guide Rod in polymer (if you want to shoot IDPA:
    http://jagerproducts.com/index.php?m...products_id=91

And an ISMI #13 pound recoil spring from the same place for lighter crap ammo & a #15 pound spring for hotter ammo.
    http://jagerproducts.com/index.php?m...roducts_id=100

Make sure your Glock has the newer extractor and ejector

I can all but guarantee your problems are over at this point.

I was at a GSSF match today and there was a lady shooting a new G17. I didn't get to see the serial number or what ammo she was using but she was getting erratic ejection. I forgot to look at the extractor. (she let me look at it since she was showing off the stippling on it) While I was watching I noticed weak ejection to the right, left, and a few back to the head. She even made a comment to her friend about the brass hitting her forehead.

I did see that the gun store actually had a new G19 in stock along with 2 used 17s and 2 used 22s. I saw the 19 had a serial number beginning with T. I couldn't see the extractor on that one either because of the way it was laying in the case and I didn't have time to have them take it out. Once again my wife's February 2009 test fired G19 was flawless.

added text: The lady shot well so she wasn't inexperienced. I noticed the ejection to the left and right was weak and dribbling down to her feet. the ejection to the face and head was much stronger.
