I'm interested in pics and a range report.

    Two questions:
Did they open up the gas port?

How much do they charge for that?

Barrel Threading For AR and other standard Barrels $65.00
This covers cutting/crowning as well as threading. These threads will be the perfect size threads and will be perfectly concentric to the bore. The barrel must be removed from the receiver for this service; if sending a complete upper you must select the correct disassembly/reassembly fee. Gas port work if necessary is included in this price.
We can not thread barrels that do not come out of the receivers - i.e. Beretta Storm.
    Thoughts on barrel threads.

Unless a specific cut to length is noted in the comment section, the barrel will be threaded and not cut at all.

Steve At ADCO is the man ! He and his crew did great work for me assembling and pinning a FH on a 14.5 Colt barrel.
You can't even see the pin unless you really look hard and there turn around time is the best

.Love to see some pictures of your Build

Nice writeup. I'm not surprised the PPU ammo gave you problems. I had a bunch of PPU brass in a batch of mixed headstamp stuff that I picked up awhile back, and even after full-length resizing that stuff would cause all but one of my rifles to lock up solid.

Why didn't you open up the gas port?
Why do the loudest do the least?

That front FSB taper pin doesn't look right. It's flattened on the end or something. And yes... the port probably should have been openned a little. But ADCO surely knew to do this.
