Magpul:
-CTR Stock
-Enhanced aluminum trigger guard
-MIAD Grip
-BAD lever
BCM:
-BCG
-Charging handle
Spikes:
-Heavy Buffer
-Enhanced lower parts kit
-Unassembled lower with spider
I think its a pretty solid build except i cant decide on an upper.

The only two things I would do differently are teh BAD and the ST-T2 buffer.
Do a search on those two items and you will find plenty of information.
Since you are already going BCM BCG & Charging handle, might as well just get a upper from them.
However, before anyone can give you more recommendations, it would be good if you list the purpose of this build.

I know Paul at BCM, have been to his shop a couple times. He makes great products and stands by them. His hammer forged barrels are awesome. I'd pick up a 16" BFH with a midlength gas system.
My buddy just put a 14.5 BFH midlength on his gun, with a VLTOR A5 buffer system - it is a SMOOOOTH shooter. I'll also put a plug in for Battle Comp if you're looking for something other than a standard flash hider.
My use for it would probably be a kiss shtf gun. Iron sights, and a preferred barrel length 16-18"
The search function is there for a reason. You should use it. What you want to know has been discussed so many times it's insane. Scroll thru the first few pages and you'll get the point. Hopefully.
Other things you might want to research/read on are things like
-Do you have a budget?
-Does that budget include ammo/mags/training?
-How much stuff do you plan on mounting to it? Lights? Laser? Optic of some kind? This will help you determine if you need (quad) rails.
-If only iron sights, then FSB?
-What kind of barrel profile?
There are a lot of things I didn't mention, just giving you a general idea.
Pretty much many will recommend you to start with a basic rifle and upgrade it as you go depending on what you want.
Brands you should look at: BCM, Colt, DD, LMT, Noveske, KAC, LaRue
What it all comes down to ---> $$$
^ echoing what this guy said. It's tough to build a perfect rifle because there's always something different you want to change or try out.
