What is this?ETA: It's a new barrier design

Found this in a pile of components. The one on the right.

    Inside.

61gr but supposed to be 62? .939-.941 length compared to .878 for Mk 318.

Looks like a barrier, but jacketed core in the nose, unlike Mk 318.

ETA: So I decided to cut the nose open. I managed to peel the jacket from a jacketed core in the nose. Here's what popped out:

Its OTM, and this little pill weighed in at 14.5 grs. I have tested Mk318 on cinder block and made it through, but the lead nose disintegrated.
I am betting these are superior to Mk318 on barrier penetration and can't wait to load some up.
Cutting into the bottom half resulted in copper being flung about, so for now I'm going with solid copper. When I split these in half, they came apart very easily, and where the nose cone and bottom met it was very thin, like jacket only thin.

    Wanna few for testing,Doc?
