How to take an Ace skeleton stock off?

I took the bolt out of the back and all the little screws on the stock for slings off but can't get the darn thing off. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm putting a collapsible stock on it now so I need to remove the buffer tube and all.

    Thanks

I finally got it. It took 2 of us to unscrew it! Wow, it was really on there.

Hopefully you know the proper steps on putting a collapsable stock on, which includes torquing, loosening, and repeating with the castle nut, then, also staking the castle nut after your done. Unless your running a Troy Arms clamp on sling mount which eliminates the need to stake the C/N, it's mandatory to do it, unless you like loose floppy stocks after a few rounds of shooting.
From TOS ... "buy the shit out of that thing, all the mil spec is just nonsense."
