    Scott Reitz 1911

I got the news letter yesterday, and I just thought would share with you guys. I would buy one since I have taken a few of his classes and have read his book. But I bought my Colt Special Combat Government with the idea that he was going to autograph the box and that would be my "Uncle Scottie gun."

Well here goes, hope you like!

He autographed my Colt Custom Shop box and two weeks later I got the ITTS edition Emerson CQC-8 in the mail.

But the problem is now I want to buy more Emersons!

Loupav - are you going to visit ITTS and handle Scott's new .45s? I like the looks of the Elite Combat model.

Meh, another custom .45 with the price of a Wilson Combat. I am going to stick with my Colts, including my SCG.

At the rate it's going most all 1911s are going to be priced close to the Wilson..especially after dropping cash even on a few basic upgrades. I like his thought and details for the reason building. Appears by words to be basic yet reliable. Maybe I'll find one on gunbroker someday.

I'm sorry it took me two months to reply to this. But, yes I plan on taking a shotgun course there with some friends in March. Hopefully that pistol will be there to play with.

I'll be honest, the ELITE COMBAT has piqued my interest! Now, where to find $2,000......

Also, Scott Reitz is on my short list of trainers I want to take a course from.

Outstanding instructor. I'd love to do more classes with him if given the opportunity

Yes, he is an excellent instructor! I took Advanced Handgun in October, I had so much fun I'd consider doing it again.
