"Socialist ideology, like so many others, has two main dangers. One stems from confused and incomplete readings of foreign texts, and the other from the arrogance and hidden rage of those who, in order to climb up in the world, pretend to be frantic defenders of the helpless so as to have shoulders on which to stand." - José Martí - Cuban Statesman & Patriot

10/22, Hogue stock, zeiss 3-9X36 (this pic shows a simmons 4-20X50), Volquartsen trigger, adams and bennet bull barrel threaded for 1/2" x 28 muzzle devices. I put an AAC brake on it so I can utilize my M4-2000, although I know I shouldn't do that a whole lot. I plan to acquire an AAC Pilot 2 someday.
I plan to next build a Savage Mark II BVTLSS and have a SS sparrow on it.

Anschütz 1423 Stutzen, built on the 54 action
Another 1423 and a single shot Anschütz
Walther KKJ
and another 1423 and a 1422
Ruger 10/22, circa 1974 build... Light wear but well taken care of...
My Ruger 10/22is Hogue stock, Tech Sights TSR100 GI type sights, Butler Creek Quick Carry sling, factory receiver / trigger housing / barrel, all Kidd Industries internal parts (bolt assembly, recoil spring / guide / handle, buffer, fire control group, bolt catch, magazine release). Kidd trigger set to 2.5 lbs. Very accurate, dead reliable, and perhaps my favorite of all my firearms.
My Savage Mark II .22LR rifle: Boyds stock, Harris 6'-9' swivel bipod, Butler Creek Quick Carry sling, DI Products trigger guard / bottom metal / 25MOA scope base, Rifle Basix trigger (1.75 lb), Mueller 8-32x44 scope, Weaver windage adjustable scope rings. Wolf match ammo produces the most consistent and accurate results. It will print under 0.25" at 50 yards when I'm doing my part (precision shooting is a skill I'm learning slowly - most enjoyable).

Here are my two rimfire rifles. The top is a Savage MKII FVSR in a tacticool stock and SWFA 6x42 and the bottom 10/22-patterned rifle has all KIDD components in a tacticool stock and SWFA 12x42. The KIDD gun will shoot nice little groups. I have yet to shoot the Savage. They both have threaded barrels and I'm eagerly awaiting my Spectre II to compliment the setups.
I'll start with a reconditioning project I did last summer. I got this neglected Marlin 25N free of charge.
It was rusty, dusty and in need of some TLC.
Previous owner varnished right over the labels on the forend.
Small nick in the forend.
Worn stock with runs in the varnish.
Sanded clean and smooth.
Refinished in Red Mahogany and sealed with clear satin spar urethane.
Rust on barrel removed with 000 steel wool.
000 steel wool took care of the rust and other ugly parts. Then I gave it a few coats of Outers Gun Blue and mounted an old 4X scope on it.
Shoots pretty good.
