New Noveske NSR rail!

This is actually exactly what I'm looking for!

If you don't already have a favorite Noveske dealer, send Mike at ROG Tactical an email. He helped me out in getting my customized order in. There are a number of great vendors on M4C, but I have to say, the communication with Mike was hands-down the best I have experienced.

I second this. I've placed numerous orders with Mike at ROG Tactical, including my NSR upper, all I can say is ROG Tactical is second to none.

what brake is that?

Surefire MB68K. It's a 6.8 brake that I use on 5.56, etc. I have them bored out when I put them on 7.62. Short and spiky. Barrel has to be threaded for 5/8-24.

Is there any update on the longer/est rifle gas length handguards? I've got a SAM-R barrel that needs clothes.

If you mean the 16.7s . . . I haven't seen the 16.7 NSRs pop up by themselves yet, but I would imagine they will be around soon. I have seen a complete 18" upper with a 16.7 NSR, I had to fight reaching for my wallet.

I promise to bring a better picture next time.

One change I made since this picture was taken was to move the front sight back a little. It interferes when i want to go thumb over the top of the hand guard.

The NSR only makes the afghan that much better, that old rail was solid but not light and with the stainless barrel a little front heavy. Putting that 11" NSR on it makes it feel and balance great.

I got my NSR Keymod sections in today....almost made me cry Hopefully my rail will be here in a week or two from Grant! (Nothing he can do about it...its all on noveske now!).

Can anyone get me a measurement on the distance between the FRONT of a 13.5" NSR rail to the REAR of the muzzle device on a 16" barrel (as long as the muzzle device doesn't index over the barrel shoulder, then it doesn't matter which one you have)?

I'm trying to figure out whether I'd have the room to fit an Ops Inc M4S/M4M suppressor on the end with this setup.
