Pretty sure almost all NSRs are going on factory guns at this point. My guess is Noveske has seen more factory gun orders in the last few weeks that they know what to do with...literally.

Yeah, I ordered my upper a month ago from Noveske. I just got all the lower parts put together too. How prescient of me. Now if only I had stocked up on mags when I was at the gun show last month too...

Nope. I've been looking for a while now for a 13.5 NSR. Absolutely nada.

I would appreciate a lead on one if anyone knows where I can get one!

So just got a set of panels with my Recon upper. Is this some sort of joke? A bag of panels only fits the bottom and one side of the handguard. Am I missing something here?

Not a joke. If you want to cover the entire handguard with covers then you can purchase more covers. Most prople only place the covers where they place their support hand on a consistent basis.
