I like a paisley pattern with some nice shades of pink and blue. (where's the raging homo emoticon?)
Seriously, greens and browns cover everything except snow environments, right?
I've been drooling over the LWRC catalog from SHOT show. They have some seeeeeeexxxy looking FDE guns with the cerakote or whatever it is they do. I've sorta been considering painting my gun, but I'd undoubtedly screw it up and hate it. Maybe I'll spring for a coat like that some day...
At one time I was all about the FDE and black. Maybe it's just me getting older, but all black seems more stylish. I view it similar to chrome. Chrome looks pretty but it doesn't make a car go faster.
Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
I'm about evenly split between all black (my first AR) and black/FDE my most recent build. Love them both. Unfortunately for my wallet I'm starting to wonder how much I might like sending one out for custom finish.
All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing
