This ammunition is all from the same lot. It is sealed at the primer and case neck. It chronographed an average velocity over ten shots from a 14.5" barrel of 2872fps. It is brass cased and on stripped clips. It is considered seconds but the reason why is not public, nor have I been able to determine it. Accuracy for several 10 shot groups I have fired from an AR with 10x leupold is around 2.5moa, with 9 shots going into roughly 2moa. This is similar to what Molon achieved with the LE223t3 law enforcement loading using the tbbc projectile.

Accuracy (from bipod CAR A3 using 10X Leupold and me not having shot a rifle at distance in a long while).
2 10 shot groups.
Group 1: 2.4MOA w/flier. 2.05MOA w/out flier.
Group 2: 2.55 MOA w/flier. 1.815 MOA w/out flier.
Group 1 is on the left, Group 2 is on the right.
All groups fired at 100 yards.
