    TRX Extreme and KX3 Pig?

Will the pig fit into the TRX Extreme? Im talking slide all the way through the tube, not threaded on after the handguard is installed. I am going to have it pinned and welded on.

yeah i googled already and saw pictures and people who used a strap wrench to tighten it down AFTER the handguard was installed. But i will have to weld it once its on and i really dont want to try and weld through one of the holes in the TRX

Are you sure they didnt slide that over the KX3 in the pic?

Im not sure why it wouldnt slide all the way over.

Its the same diameter in the back as in the front

Its saying that he used a rail that could slide over the KX3.

In the pic, he didnt use a strap wrench.

    Someone else had mentioned that

No its not the same diameter. It is smoothed out near the front and bumpy the rest of the length

Just speculation, but you may have trouble sliding the rail on over the Pig if you have any accessories installed on the handguard, like the rail sections in the pic, or a sling swivel point. The hardware takes up some space on the inside of the handguard.

On the inside of the TRX?

I guess I never looked at mine that close.

What length barrel is this going on if you dont mind?

Are you putting it on for looks or is it for a 7.5" barrel?

You want alot of fire and to look cool?

Its a TRX 15" and a 14.5" barrel. I cant decide between the pig and the Troy claymore, i know the claymore will fit but was considering the pig because i like the look better.

    Got it.

Those things are heavy man, and long.

Thats 3 inches to the length of your rifle.

I had the Claymore for awhile, I took it off after a week.

Honestly I would go with an A2 1.5"
