    Almost done

I am close to finished with my 2nd AR build.
DD 16" mid , 1/7 CHF government profile barrel.
    Troy alpha 9" free float.
    Stag Chrome BC and bolt.
Stag upper receiver , hand picked to match lower.
    Smith Vortex flash hider.
    Rock River lower.
    2 stage NM trigger.
    Ergo grip.
    RR operator stock.
    Winter trigger guard.

So far I like it more than my BCM / LMT build being that I never got around to replacing the MOE handguards. Although I am not sure whether to go with a 1-4 this time or a red dot. I am thinking if I go with the red dot doing something like the C-more sights that are open. Any input? My other AR has a leupold mark AR 1-4 in an ADM QD mount and it works great (sub moa @100) on a BCM 16" stainless midlength upper. I think I can get better accuracy with the DD barrel and troy tube.

Any observations on installing the Alpha rail and the final product? Was it hard to get the rails lined up, are they at the same height etc? How solid does it feel to you?
