    No, no Kemosabe, this is as far back as it will go. No charging handle interference. This is how Magpul designed the sight to work:

    (Oh, and BUIS means Back Up Iron Sight). Welcome to the forum! This site is more about real world use of the weaponry, not just how cool it looks. You can learn a lot here, but you have to check your ego at the door. On the other hand, if you want guys to tell you how cool your new gadget is, there's always TOS (The Other Site - Barfcom)

    Actually, it would be further back. It's supposed to hang over the charging handle a little.
