Run a standard DD, BCM, or LMT bolt, the LMT Enhanced Bolt will likely have issues with a 14.5" middy. The enhanced carrier might help it run better suppressed, but I'd simply suggest the normal bolt for better reliability unsuppressed.
Next question is length - why go with an SBR 14.5" when you can do a title uno and make it 16"... and a pinned 14.7" doesn't strike me as quite attractive, but if you've already got the SBR lower then you're golden.
The normal DD LP gas block will do - the only other considerations worth a look would be a maybe different barrel - Centurion's lightweight 16" Middy comes to mind (not as lightweight as DD's for profile), though what you've got aside from that is great.
HCS is GTG as well, so you're set there.
[ETA] Almost forgot - if you're willing to bridge the difference between a Block II SOPMOD and a Recce rifle, you can do the HCS 16" Recce barrel in that setup - not as light, but I suspect it would be an unparalleled tack driver.
