Omega Rail

First of all, what a fantastic piece. I love it. I have two questions:

1. When will the 12.0 Omega Rail be released?

2. Will a shaved or low-profile gas block work under the Omega rails?

I was looking to get a 12.0 Omega rail for my 16" Middy.

Any chance of an FSP model of the Omega?

Since the rail is a two-piece design, it seems like it might be possible...

Many lo-pro gas blocks, including ours will fit under the Omega.

I cannot speculate on the release date of the 12.0. It was decided after SHOT that the 9.0 would follow the 7.0 first, then the 12.0. All I can say is "soon".

I think going to the 9.0 first is a good move, frankly. The increase in mid-length gas systems, as well as departments that issue Armalites, would seem to indicate a greater demand.
