Kevin, I`m sure you`ve used plenty of these. I`ve been looking for years for one just for the rare factor, and the fact that it looks good on a KISS carbine.
Now if I can just find a Canadian hammer forged barrel w/the sleeve thing.

What is the theory why they machine out the underside of the carryhandle mount?
(less weight??)

Actually these are very rare in the Canadian Army.
AFAIK only one unit bought them.
