About the most interesting new thing I saw was from Cobalt Kinetics with their double drop bolt catch system that replaced the forward assist. Other than that it was pretty much the same shit all over.
Didn't seem as crowded on Tuesday morning as it normally is. Mag-Pul seemed to have a lot of neat new stuff, but everyone else seemed so/so. I did see the new Beretta M9A3 and liked it. I've been wanting to buy a Beretta, and this might be it if they release them for sale.
I'm less interested in what firearms companies release there because there are plenty of firearms blogs (SSD, TFB, etc) to see that info on. What I really want to see is the equipment side, show me the new packs, show me the new pants, boots, you get the idea.

Yeah it might actually get me to buy a Beretta!
Didn't go to SHOT, but in the prep video that Geissele put out he mentioned the new trigger and that it wasn't ready for prime time and that they will do more videos prior to release.
Here's something you might not have heard, a chance to own a BATFE from Ares Armor http://aresarmor.com/store/Item/batfe-box
Only thing I'm interested in is a civy FN MK20 SSR, did it happen or not?
