On a regular 1911, you can send it to Nighthawk for them to do their IOS cut and then use their ACRO plate.
Don’t know how much it runs, but last I heard lead times were about 6-8 months.
The 2 Nighthawk DS that I have I specced with the IOS cut and they are perfect.

Partial, but a size comparison between the complete 5" and under construction 7":
Even with just a 5" slide, those two extra inches sticking out the front give an unexpected appreciation just how much of a monster this thing will really be. For cash flow reasons I'm now thinking start with suppressor height irons and hardchrome only then have the optic cut and Cerakoting done later.
