neck scratches after resizing

I'm using Lee full length resizing die for my 223 reloading.

After about a thousand resizing, I noticed these prominent vertical scratches around the neck. I review my previous resizes, these did exist but not as numerous and prominent as they are now.

What are causing these?

Some of the 'remedies' that I tried are :
1. As I had a few bouts of stuck cases, I suspected that the decapping pin may had cause this pressure, so I polished the it.

2. I had (nylon-)brushed and swabbed (polished) the inner of the die.

...yet the problem scratches persist.

Any suggestions?

Definitely a die scratch. If you can't polish it out send it back to Lee for repair/replacement.
