Yes. Mounted directly to the flat top, the iron sight picture would be roughly in the center of the EOTech window, on the Larue mount it will be in the lower portion of the EOTech window. The exception would be if you were trying to mount a model 553, which already has a raised height to accomplish the same purpose. Standard EOTech models will be fine (511, 512, 551, 552).
