S&A Mag guide on a Springer Loaded with MSH lock

I have a Loaded Springfield that has the little lock on the main spring housing. I want to get one of the S&A mag guides and was wondering if anybody has any experience putting one on a springer with the lock. I dont care about losing the lock function as I dont even ever use it.

It'll fit but you'll need a new mainspring and mainspring cap (a 23lb mainspring is stock). IIRC when I changed mine out I reused my mainspring retaining pin and mainspring cap pin.

Good to know. Thanks. I am guessing Brownell's sells the mainsprings and cap's then and I am sure they are fairly cheap.
