Generally, any AR with a 223 chamber will give you a problem if you ever start using mil-spec ammo. You don't want to be the guy at a carbine class with a new box of M855 and spend the entire time shooting with your pistol.
Also, if the barrel SAYS: 556 NATO, don't you want it to ACTUALLY BE a 556 NATO chamber???????????????????

The Noveske N4 is now added. From what I understand the black extractor spring may be available as an option and they will be shot-peening their bolts in the near future.

From what I've been reading it sounds like Ned's reamer is built on the large side of the 556 NATO chamber. So if you had a smallish 556 NATO chamber that is still acceptable all you have done is removed your CL. Obviously if you are having issues and suspect it is the chamber then the reamer would be the way to go. But for a gun that is running fine with no signs of problems, it sounds like a solution in search of a problem.
