Anything I'm Forgetting Before I Mail Off My Form 1 Tomorrow?

I have my CLEO signed Form 1's (in duplicate). (Everything is filled out correctly from what I can tell).

I have the 2x2" photo attached to each form 1.

I have two FD-258 fingerprint cards filled out and printed.

I have the Certificate of Compliance form (in duplicate) saying I'm a US citizen.

I've enclosed the check for $200 made payable to the Dept. of the Treasury. (Instructions on the front of the Form 1 say make it payable to Dept. of Treasury.....the actual instruction sheet says make it out to the BATFE).

Anything I'm forgetting?

Make photo copies of everything, make sure you write the serial number on the check, and make sure the origination box is filled in on the FBI cards.

Thanks for the tips......I just put the S/N of the lower on the check as per your suggestion. Hadn't thought of that or even heard of it before. The ORI box is filled out on the cards and I have copies.

Anyone else?

Sounds like you have everything. Now just write down and keep a log of the dates you mailed it off and then when the check was cashed. After 30 days from when your check gets cashed call and check on it.

Will do. Mailed it today. I know I've got a long wait ahead, but I'm still excited.

Mailed my Form 4s yesterday...

I will check online next week to see if the ATF cashed my check(personal).

Long wait? I hope not, my last was 41 days!
