I just picked one of these up locally with carry handle. I saw mention online that some of these had been shipped with copies of a colt letter. I was curious if anyone had seen a letter. I know I can send off for a letter wanted to check first before I decide to spend $100.00 for one.

The Colt letter, I believe, was from the batch Arms Unlimited had last year at over twice the price. Don’t believe that’s been the case with any of these recent ones.

Though a Colt letter would be nice, I can't see it being worth more than a few dollars given that the Mexican engraving on the lower cements it for anyone who might have doubt.

I was just curious if anyone had seen a letter. I wouldn't do it unless they dried up and all of a sudden they became highly collectable.

I don't think these will be super collectable. It must have been a big order that was cancelled, because just when I think we've seen the last of them, more seem to pop up.

Good deal on a 6920, though...and style points for being reverse 'fast and furious'.
