I wouldn't mind having a MagPul China Doll lower if I could find one. Stick, didn't you have one??

Radian. It's innovative both functionally, and it looks great. You can drop the mag, and lock the bolt back with one button push.

But if you want Mega, I’ve got a new forged builders set in the EE...

For a forged mil spec style set I recommend Rainier Arms forged lower and uppers. They are the same thing as the Mega Arms Gator sets, which are no longer available from what I hear. I haven't used a Radian lower, but for a Gucci ambi gun I would go that route. They have very positive reviews, and i feel the fact you can lock the bolt back without taking your firing hand off the weapon sets it apart from the other ambi lowers out there.

Good quality reasonably priced receivers with coolest roll marks:

    1: CMT (billet - 179.00) https://02b5f6c.netsolstores.com/sea...Lower+Receiver
    2: Sionics (forged - 149.00) http://sionicsweaponsystems.com/stor...ifle-zero.html

    I have both.

I'm a fan of the American Defense Ambi Lowers. They have an ambi mag release and and Ambi bolt catch/release and are available either individually or as an upper/lower combo (with or without a handguard).

As long as the lower is in spec, I believe a lower is a lower. Personally I prefer in spec lowers that are affordable and have minimal/modest roll marks.

Weren’t the Gator lowers supposed to have a bit more flare to the magwell? How are the Rainiers in that area?
