Easy, just bring the instructions and work it slow and have fun!

I need to site the iron sites in to. I took the bolt out and looked through the barrel and put the dot on target so that should get me on paper, I was just wondering when i am on paper how you site it in, and should i site in the iron sites first or the aimpoint.

I always set at 25 yards. BZO is the same at 25 or 50 up to 200 yards

I never sited in a site before, Do i put the red dot on center of target then shoot and if it is to far to the left or right or to high or low then what do i do. this is all new to me. shoot again and turn the windage knob to adjust or what.

Do what Dave L. said.............. I find it to be the fastest
Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.

So i should the the aimpoint and the irons seperate, when the irons are sited in should the aimpoint be inline with the iron sites or no.
Put the Aimpoint in your closet. Go sight in your iron sights and practice with those until you become proficient and feel comfortable. Then attach your Aimpoint, read the directions, and to get in the ballpark move the red dot to the position of your front sight while looking through the rear sight.
I'm not trying to be sarcastic or an a$$hole but it seems to me that you could benefit from using old school iron sights and developing those skills and then moving on to new school red dot sights.
