The non tactical BOB

Yeah, sorry, I meant to mention that I paid $75 for it at the time. I think that particular model is discontinued. I just meant to show it as an example of a quality bag that can be used as a BOB that isn't from one of the typical brands that people here tend to gravitate towards. It seems that when people look for a "non-tactical" bag, they start with the brands that produce tactical bags and try to find something in their product line that looks "less tactical." Generally those choices end up looking like tactical bags that are black, gray, or some other solid color.

One of the reasons I bought that particular bag was that it's a popular European brand, which I thought would help reduce my signature as an American in that part of the world.

Smart to get a European brand for travel abroad.

I picked up one of those a few years ago and could not be happier wkth it. As for my low viz bag I have a nonMIL CamelBak. Works great and holds a lot. Best part is that it looks like everyone else's bag. There are also so many to choose from that you can get what ever features you when.
